My dad knows the guy that owns a relatively small company that produces subs, etc. It's called MSX Audio. www.msxaudio.com He offered to sell me the ProMAx series 12's for $100. They're not that bad of a sub.. 750 RMS each. I'm working on letting my dad get 3 in my trunk with a RF 750S amp to each. But anyways back to my original topic.. my friend has been installing systems in cars for over 3 years now and I wouldn't let him install my intial system a couple of years ago but now I've seen some of his installs n they're pretty good. So i'm going to have him install these along with building the box etc. However i don't know how i should mount 5 amps (a 4-channel for the highs n mids, a 2-channel for my 6x9's and 3 for the subs). Also I've been thinking about how i should have the box built. I want both for performance n show. However i'm not planning on going to any comps as of yet :D Also with that much power would it be such a smart idea to have him put plexi-glass on the back or will that throw off all sound quality?

Plexi is for show, it should have no effect on sound if it's done right.

Please say you're upgrading your electrical system with 5 amplifiers....

Depending on how large your amps are, I'd see about flush mounting them into the back seats.

As far as the plexiglass, that's up to you. Depending on the install it can cost quite a bit more.

Also I'm with IAMGRAND..... drawing that much power you're going to need to start looking into a second battery.

are you sure you need all that power man? Im guessing for the price of 3 of those amps, you could buy one powerful one for less money.. How many speakers do you have?
