I have just started dealing AMSOIL and i Currently have a 2001 GAGT and was wondering if anybody has run AMSOIL in their engine, tranny, etc...
So far 8,324 mi on the same oil. Still clear and working like new.
Feel free to email me if you would like a discounted price on AMSOIL synthetic oil.

Are you crazy? The biggest misconception with synthetic is that you can run twice as long as regular oil. True, but you MUST swap out the filter at normal intervals. Please tell us you are on filter #2 for this batch of oil ...
The oil may not break down, but the filter can only hold so much junk!

The stuff is expensive. I run it in my snowmobiles, and for Synthetic Racing oil its close to $30 a gallon. Worth every penny IMO.

I have been running AmsOil for a long time, and are an avid supporter of it. I go 10, 12000 kms between oil changes regularily. Have been running amsoil in the racecars all the time too.

Well of course I use a Fram X2 oil filter and am now going to use the new K&N oil filter. " I do a complete oil filter swap @5,000mi , and a whole change at 8-9k." IMO the K&N has worked wonders... But as far as oil life AMSOIL has an extremely high drain interval of up to 1 year or 25,000mi.
But AMSOIL makes two types of synthetic.
The XL-7500 oil is just like regular synthetic oil and needs to be changed every 7,500 miles.
The HighPerformance AMSOIL can last 1 year or 25,000 miles.
I sell every product made from amsoil so if u have any questions I would be glad to answer them...

I have a question...Where can you buy it? Is this available at local auto part stores?

Some auto parts stores may carry AMSOIL. If i were u just call and ask if they carry it. I know Pepboys, Checker, or AutoZone's usually dont carry AMSOIL. Try one of your local speed shops, most likely they will carry it.
If not email me tally@sabreshockey.com and i will email u a list of prices and shipping if u want to order direct through a dealer. Myself being a dealer will be glad to help.
