Motor Mounts

Ok Since i have put the new motor in I've learned i need a new motor mount, however not the whole mount i just need a new stronger insert.

Does anyone know if the insert from the 3100 is the same as the one used in a cavalier. I know calvin has used it and it worked but i just want to make sure. Another thing is that while i'm at it I want to replace the dogbone.

Does anyone know if the dogbone on a 3x00 is the same as the dogbone on a 2.4 or 2.3 quad four?

I know Rsm has the mounts and inserts but I found basically the same items on www.highrevmotorsports.com and they are cheaper. But they say for the 2.4 or 2.3.

Any help on this matter would be great.
