lol... it made a big sound difference when i removed it and got 2.5" piping

Yeah they are just for quieting it down, changing the sound, etc..

has anyone removed it on a 2.2?? I got the 4cyl more for the mileage, wasnt looking to have a "hot rod" I think My Cutlass with the blower is plenty good for me!! :p I was more just looking at how it sounded and any gas mileage gains removing the cork

DarkChylde removed his and his cat...It roars, however he is loosing alot of his back pressure
