Is the negative one enought to reset the PCM or should I unplug both? 90 minutes enough?

Negative should do the trick. 90 minutes is plenty.
Do you have to reset your PCM for the new MAF?

Actually it's not a bad idea......but it's not really necessary. The car will adjust after a few miles...

ok...so putting it in shouldn't affect DHP negatively, correct?

I would think that the DHP will enhance the new MAF. That's my next step, but I want to go up for a custom program.

I'll hold off on a custom program until I get heads or boost, whichever comes first.
if I call Damien right now, I should be able to order it correct? What's your last name anyway so I can tell him who directed me to him?
