I noticed today that the knob that controls the mirrors is broken. It is pushed down into the "plate" and loose in there. You can't pull it out to control the mirrors.
I have not messed with the thing in a while, nor has my wife. Sometimes my 2 yr old will want to lock the door, but only when I am watching. Somehow, this got broken.
Would the warrantee cover this? Or will they blame it on "abuse" and not cover it?
If they won't cover it, I assume I would need to replace the entire piece. Anyone know the part number and/or price? I assume this would be an easy fix. Pop the door cover off, pop this piece out, unplug some sort of connection, then plug the new one in.
