I had installed a pillar with the trans temp and volt meter. For some reason the volt meter just doesn't seem to be working right. I installed a power cap for my amp and after that the volts are showing lower then 12v. But, everything is working fine, and nothing is cutting because of powere loss. I have a hight output alternator too. So I really don't think there is anything wrong with power in my car just the meter. Because even at idle ill throw the car in neutral and rev the engine and the meter barley moves. Could it be that the connection on the back of the meter is loose or something? any ideas what it could be?
