Before I get rid of my car, I need to have the door locks fixed, and I searched but cannot find a defnete answers.
This goes for the remote as well as the switch. All doors lock, but the unlock doesnt work on any doors besides my drivers door. When I try to unlock, I hear like a spinning wheel in the drivers side door, like its just missing the connection or there's nothing to "spin"
Might anyone have any suggetions, and the fuse at least is fine.
Thanks

If unlock is working, then your actuators are all ok. Here is what I understand works:
Push keyless "LOCK" button and all four doors lock.
Push keyless "UNLOCK" button and drivers side door unlocks.
Push keyless "UNLOCK" button twice within 5 seconds and drivers door unlocks but other three doors do nothing.
I'm assuming that your 99 has the keyless controls in the BCM and it's not a seperate receiver in the trunk/rear package shelf.
Get a multimeter and probe the light blue wire coming from the BCM when you push the unlock button twice. This wire is in the pink connector going into the BCM. It's the only light blue wire going into that connector. When you push the unlock button twice you should see this wire pulse +12 volts. If this isn't pulsing +12 volts your doors won't unlock. If this wire IS pulsing +12 volts then you need to check the door unlock relay.
Locate the door unlock relay (there are two, one is for the driver door and the other is for ALL doors. Make sure you get the one for all doors). It's in the left hand fuse panel in the door jamb. Hit unlock on your remote or the door while you have your finger on the relay. See if you feel it clicking. If you can't feel it clicking, pull the relay and see if it is getting the +12 volt pulse from the BCM. I'm not sure which terminal will be the pulsed one, but it should be easy to see if any of them are getting pulsed. Two should be connected to ground when you're not pushing switches. One will have +12 volts on it constantly when you aren't pushing switches, and two should have + 12 volts on them when you are pushing the unlock switch.
If you're not getting a pulsed output from the BCM then your BCM may be screwed up (provided you don't have the keyless entry receiver). If you do have the keyless receiver, it's possible that that is the culprit. If you ARE getting a pulsed output from the BCM but the relay socket is not getting the pulse then you have a broken wire from the BCM to the all door unlock relay. Your actuator wiring should all be fine if the doors lock. The lock and unlock wiring path is the same. If you're getting the pulsed 12 volts into the relay but the doors are not unlocking then the relay is most likely bad.
Hope this helps.

I believe it should be a remote located in the rear deck lid..Unless they have changed between 99 and now..

Houston99, what exactly do you mean by that?
And also, is the relay fairly cheap at like Auto Zone where I can just go get one and replace it anyways?
Thanks

Under your rearshelf their is a remote trasmitter for your door locks..The spinning nose is a bit odd, but I think Dan00GPGT might be on to something with the BCM.

Ok...well I actually just figured it out myself by messing around, so if anyone else has this problem, go to your drivers side door fuse box, locate the "top" door lock relay, pull it out with plyers, and re-insert. All locks should work now. I cant believe it was only that!
