Ok I changed my plugs tonight and got rained out..when I went back out I forgot I didn't have one of my wires plugged in to the spark plug..I started it and it began to missfire and the SES was blinking..Quickly I realized what was wrong and shut it off and fixed it..But now when I start the car, I get a SES light..Could this just be caused by the plug not being plugged in , and how do I make it go away?

Try yanking your pcm fuses to clear the PCM. Blinking ses = misfires, that should clear the history though and you should be good to go as long as nothing else is fubar.

haha :) scroll down a few below I know there was some recent threads on PCM clearing. you can either yank all your mains from the udner hood, or look in that thread to find out the one specific one.
