I was hoping to make it to the meet however my son got called yesterday accepting him into local College for the mechanic course. $4000 later there goes the trip to Alta and Neon lights I was hoping to get in the spring. Oh well...hopefully my son will do well and be able to install the lights another time(along with a whole mess of other stuff for pay back)

Yeah there is a few. I live by Kootenay Lake which is about 90 miles long. There is Kootenay Park ( a couple of minutes from my house), Lakeside park (right down town)about 15 minutes from my house Syringa Park, plus a few others (all glacier feed so they are clean but they can be on the cool side) about 45 minutes from where I live and of course Christina Lake which is about 1.5 - 2 hours away(hotsprings in the lake so it is always warm water..almost too warm) . In winter there is a pretty good hot spring about half and hour away at Ainsworth Hot Spring...nice place to be at in the fall and winter!!
