Well my car starting bogging out so I took it to the dealer last week and they said i needed a new catalytic converter which i did something inside came loose and is rattling. Didnt have one so they had to order it so I have to go this week sometime and get it put on. They also changed my fuel filter and said that was why, well obviously not.

Well since then my car has started bogging out REALLy bad, and getting worse. After I stop at a stop light or come to a complete stop, once I start going again and hit 2K RPM's the car just shudders and bogs out and feels like something is pushing it backwards while it wants to go forward if you know what I mean. Also a strange noise in the engine bay when it does this, kinda sounds like water running when you first turn on a faccet the shhhhhh noise and sometimes a klunk. But if i floor it the car will barely move and the RPMS will just stay at 4K and bounce.

The RPM's just bounce when I take off, it'll bounce 1k RPMS at a time. Very strange. Then once I get past 2.5K RPMS which is a major struggle the car runs fine for a little bit and then when i hit 4k it just stops right there. Wont go past 4k for the life of me, and I cant go any faster than 55 mph.
This **** is really starting to irritate me, I dont think its the transmission, NO SVS lights or check engine lights are on at all. So I dont know.

Im taking it to the dealer this week but does anybody have any ideas of what this could be so I have something to go by or start looking at? Thanks a ton!

Just a guess, but maybe the coil packs are going bad?

That's what my old Beretta and my friend's Cavalier did when they needed new fuel pumps.
