Hi guys, can anyone tell me if this is possibly fixable myself?
I have a 99GA-gt. The weather strips where abit worn out on it, and after it rained one night, the power unlock will not work, but lock works. when I hit the unlock button, I hear a very faint sound, like a switch... but it does not unlock. Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

also my fog lamps won't turn off, but if I toggle the button enough, it finialy turns off.

ANy advice appreciated.

Does your car have a sunroof? The fusebox on the passenger side has been known for getting wet and shorting out causing the fog lights to stay on.

As for your lock problem, you would need to remove the door panel (try removing the switch first) and see if the contacts are clean/rusted. There are instructions here about power locks, door panel removal, etc. There should be enough here for you to start to troubleshoot the problem.

Ya, my sunroof leaked and the water went into the driver side fusebox to pop the trunk open for no reason.
