take out your struts (3 bolts at the top and 2 at the bottom) after the car is securely supported on jackstands, of course.
use a spring compressor to take the tension off the stock spring (some people say this step isn't necessary, but I'll never do a set of springs without it; you can rent the compressor free from autozone and it's better to be safe than sorry)
undo the big nut at the top of the strut rod holding the spring on. i've gotten 'em off with an impact wrench before, but not the easiest. somebody posted that the BEST way is to get a set of bent open-ended wrenches and hold the big nut on top of the strut with the bent open-ended wrench (11/16, i think is the size) while turning the strut rod clockwise (would usually tighten, but you're going against the nut, so it loosens the nut). I think this is the best way, and I'll probably give that method a shot when we finish up putting my old intrax springs on a buddy's car.
compress new spring, set it on the strut, and retighten the nut(turning the strut rod counterclockwise while holding the nut still will tighten the nut). put the struts back in your car and cruise.

first rule of lowering your car.... BE CAREFUL... its not uncommon for a spring compressor to slide off, or something of that nature to happen. dont let that scare you though, haha... just gotta be careful. Jordan did a good job explaining it... just watch out for yourself and those around you.
good luck

Ya, you reallly wanna be careful because those springs might pop out on you. And you might want to get your wheels alligned with your new springs.
This is my question: Do you really need camber adjustment kits?

nope, no camber adjustment kits are necessary with any of the springs on the market for us. they simply don't drop you enough to necessitate it. a quality alignment shop can get you back within factory specs once lowered.
