HELP! New Alternator

I just got a new Alternator for my car. I need to know how to take the old one off. I realize that there are 3 bolts to remove, but once I do, how and the world do I get the Serp. belt tightened back down again. Does this belt just loosen up or is there some kind of trick to this?

You need to loosen the tensioner(sp?) and take it off and when you are done, loosen the tensioner and put you serp. belt on.
