slp exhaust - O2 Sensor problem code?

I installed my slp exhaust this weekend. Everything went ok I drove back from Long Island no problem. My girlfriend was driving the car and the check engine light came on. I reset the pcm and it went away. The light came on again. I brought it to autozone and they scanned it I think it was a p040 no reading on the o2 sensor. What the hell did I do. I saw one o2 sensor right ahead of the cat. Help anyone please.

I dint have that prob. Sorry man i dont think any one has had that problem that i know of.

i had the code cleared we will see maybe i disconnected the o2 sensor?

I think its a coincidense of some kind.

You might have bumped the contact on the o2 sensor, and broken it, or accidentall unplugged it? Either way, make sure it's plugged in. If it is, replace the o2 sensor, or get an o2 simulator.
