Throttle body spacer and heat shield

I installed the throttle body spacer and heat shield today on my 3.4. It took me a while, but if anyone needs help installing it i can help.

I was thinking of getting those 2 things and wondered if they are worth it?

Well like i said i only out them on today but im hoping it just helps the car run a little cooler. i also put a 18 degree thermastat in it. The heat sheild thing doesnt look like it will do much. You could make one yourself if you got the time.

I might get one anyway from the doctor. I dont know how hot my headers are gonna make my engine bay heat up. I am gettin one from the doctor though for sure.
