alright i got my kit hooked up yesterday, and went to put the full tank in, hooked up theline and it was leaking. so when i went to take off the line, it won't. the end just keeps spinning around but it won't unscrew at all, help... please...
I don't understand what your saying......what keeps spinning around??
Mine always had small leaks in the connections....I usually used a BIG monkey wrech to tighten the crap out of all the connections....but there were still some small leaks.

glad I went to the ramcharger warehouse sale on sat. and got a new NOS wet kit for the same price as that used one was you bought. sorry to hear that it is fubarred. I have a kit in the box that I can look at for ya if that will help. just explain what keeps spinning and I am sure someone here can help.
I think he stripped the connection between the bottle and the line. I just hope that the problem is on the line side and not the threads on the bottle! New bottle = not cheap.
I'm flattered by your location smooth. You gonna come swoop me up or something?

Can't you use some pipe thread sealant stuff to stop the leak?
Compression fitting such as those just need to be torqued down really tight. They are purposley made of softer metals so that they create a tight seal.....but somethimes at 1200 psi you still might get small leaks....no big deal really. Just don't leave you bottle open overnight or anything and your fine.

Dood, just get a crecent or monkey wrench and thghten it down good.
It its just leakin a very small amount don't worry about it.
ANd don't let these guys scare yah, if wose comes to worse, u wouldn't need a new bottle, just a new bottle nut and washer, which would cost less than $20
shoot me a PM or call me and i'll trouble shoot with yah if u need any other help

Umm... kinda offtopic but N20 lines shouldn't leak. Teflon tape won't work, as it's only rated to around 500psi. What you need is liquid teflon, which goes by the name Loctite PST (Pipe Sealant with Teflon) or Permatex pipe sealant plus teflon. Both are usually located near the threadlocker at most parts stores. I have had three complete nitrous systems (NX and NOS) with NO leaks using these products.
Oh and Jadog you shouldn't have to replace the entire bottle just the bottle nut and washer like skiboarder said. They should sell them where you fill your tanks. Good luck.:D
