Reprogramming Car Alarm!

Hey guys,

I dunked my aftermarket alarm fob in water by accident and now it doesn't disarm the car (LED lights up) even after drying.
anyone know how I could reprogram it without taking it back to the installer??

It's a Black Widow alarm system.

it's a pain getting in, and disarming it the manual way.. and attracts lots of attention too.

I would have to say your remote is probably shot. You will probably need a new remote then program it to the alarm. If you don't want to take it back to the installer then you will need to order an install book with it too. Then all you should need is to know where your valet switch is and follow the directions.
