Jet problem :(

I order the jet module from someone few weeks ago and i cant get it to work. I read all the things on here i got the fuse adapter and its getting power, but for some reason the leds never come on. any ideas how to test if the module is working correctly? I think its dead cuz the leds never come on please post any ideas.

First off make sure that the power wire is ignition and it has a good connection, Second make sure you have a GOOD ground.

Ok i am sure it has a good ground source and power source, does anyone ahve any idea what is the problem, or a way to test if the unit is workin?

Jeez, you know in your PM i thought you got the TPS Enhancer. Woops.


Try hooking the JET module into your radio ACC fuse on the pass side. Did the trick for me. Also, check the connection with the TPS sensor, that is what gives you the throttle position LED display.

OHHHHHH thanks i didnt know the leds had to do with the tps sensor, im about to go play with it some more later. thanks for the help. Also what all wire to i have to hook up to test and see if the unit is working? I dont really want to hook up the map wire and unhook them everytime. do i need to hook up nething other than ground and power and tps to see if the leds are goinna come on?:confused:

Okay, to test the JET module... What you need to do is fill it with jet fuel first, not unleaded(please dont tell me you forgot your fuel)... And then fully open the afterburner, and make sure the car has nothing behind it that is combustable within 40 feet, and turn the key in the JET module, and go in the car and turn the key to ON, and then press the ignition button(formally 'ETS'), and have fun!! Take that 132 mph speed governer!!!
