Search by State Function?

Any Chance of getting something like this, I'm just trying to find some people that might not be on to post in a specific forum.
Point me in the right direction if there is one that already exists.

you can do that already (Goto Members - Advanced Search - Location). But, we don't require that you key in a specific State, so it's upto members to list information correctly
