what kind of gain will i get from replaceing my pipe with 2.25. I have already installed a flowmaster delta flow 50 with dual outs. I left the stock pipe becuase I did not want to lose my bottom end. but now Im thinking of loosing the resinator and running 2.25 with dual headman arochambers. whats your thoughts or experiance with this.my other mods include . jet module, auto trans, rat pullies k&n cold air, ngk iridiums, bosh performance wires, and gms is on the way. oh 30 shot of nos is on the way too.

I would suggest 2.5".....2.25" is what the car comes with. You'll see a good power gain from it, without losing your bottom end torque.

Yeah 2.25 is stock on the car. I have 2.5 on my car with the SLP..I really don't notice much low-end loss.

I wouldnt worry about losing low end unless you go to the track often and it really matters. I noticed a little loss with low end with my SLP but it seems i got it back with my doctorspeed CAI. I would definatley lose the flowmaster though. All the research ive done it seems that flowmaster dosent have crap for good flow and it isnt to loud compared to SLP or magnaflow. The dual magnaflow ive heard mixed things about. Alot of people who have them complain that the exhaust comes out of only one muffler and not both for some reason. I wanted to do that also but i dont want the extra weight of 2 mufflers.

I hate to say it guys but Im almost positive the car has 2" pipe. I measured it with calipers before I bought the flowmaster. and i got a 2" in dual 2" out and it went right on.

If it's a GT, then it's 2.25". Guaranteed.

Its 2.25" stock. Measured it when I was putting on the SLP setup.

2.25 it is don't know why I was thinking it was 2 . so the resinator is located after the cat right. because they both kind of look like a cat.
