The following instructions are for the seat heater kits purchased from PFYC (Support our sponsors!)
Also, I'm only going to post a how to the drivers seat.
1. Removing the seat cover.
Raise the seat up all the way (if you have power), it makes it easier to remove the clip from the underside of the seat.
Remove the recline handle. Push in on the seat and pull the retaining clip out with the pliers.
Remove the power seat button cover. Pry the top out first, but be careful, it's pretty fragile. The cover will come off easily once the top is out.
The rest of the cover is held on with long plastic clips. Pull down on them to get them off the seat frame. The one beside the centre console is a PITA so be patient.
Once all the clips have been removed, the cover should slide through the opening between the back rest and the bottom.
You don't need to remove the lumbar knob. Just pull the cover foward until the foam cushion is exposed.
For the back rest portion, you don't need to remove the cover. Just undo long black plastic clip holding it together at the bottom. It's a little tricky, but once you get it started it comes apart easily.
The covers are held on by orange "rope like" stuff that hooks onto velcro on the cushion.
2. Wiring.
Wiring the kit is fairly easy.
The kit comes with fuse taps so all you need to do is find a switched line. Since the heaters only draw 5 amps, I used my wiper circuit (moonroof for the passenger side). I've had them installed for over a year now with now problems.
Hide the wires to your liking.
The power wire leads to the main wiring harness of the kit. The contains the switch, the ground wire and the leads to the elements.
Find a good ground to attach the ground wire to. I used the e-brake bolt as they bolt right to the body.
Decide where you want to mount the switch and drill a hole. I mounted mine on the centre console and it looks pretty stock.

At this point, you need to run the wire down the centre hump and have the connection wires for the elements
come out under the seat. I cut a small hole in the carpet and fed the connection wire through.
3. Element installation and final wiring connection.
Both elements are the same size so it doesn't matter which one you install where.
For the bottom of the seat, you'll want to attach the element to the seat. I used thin strips of duct tape and taped the edges to the cushion. This will prevent it from bunching up as you move around on the seat. (Happened to me last year).
Run the connector wire out the back of the seat.
For the back rest element, just push it up inside the seat until it won't go any further.
Run the connector wire out the bottom on the right side.
Connect the elements to the main wiring harness.
Reverse the cover instructions to re-install the seat covers.
That's pretty much it. There's some minor details I'm probably forgetting, but you'll most likely figure it out.
PM me with any questions.
