Cigarette Lighter Removal

Does anyone know how to unplug the cigarette lighter from its harness once you have removed the molding. I would like to paint the molding surrounding the radio head unit, but am having trouble unplugging the the cigarette lighter.

there should just be a single plastic barb on one side of the plug.

just unclip it man! use a flathhead screwdriver if u cant get it with your hands
