HOW TO: Remove passenger seat

What is the easiest way to remove the passenger seat ? THere must be a technique to ensure that you will not have a rattling seat when you reinstall...

I dunno about a technique, but after taking mine out about 10 times or so mine started to rattle. So, I took a pry bar and a big ass hammer (small sledge is closer to the size) and pried it down a bit, then beat the ever living **** out of it with my hammer. Works like a charm.

Nothing works as well as a BFH (big f'in hammer) and lots of force. :D
