ok i've got a quick question.....is it normal to get some milkiness on the oil cap with this cold weather? my intake was just done about 6,000 miles ago and the coolant is not been a drop low. it's just a very light film not thick and gooey like when the intake goes.?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I think some is normal if the car is not driven very much. On my car the wife just drives it to school and back home (less than 5 min) so the oil never gets very hot to burn away the moisture. Also I noticed this on the PCV valve which "gummed" it up. I talked to a mechanic and he said either drive more or change oil more frequently.

There might have been some coolant left in your oil if you haven't changed it since you changed your gaskets.

I have had some of that milky stuff on my cap, so i decided to wipe it off and it came back once, so i wiped it off again, but i havent seen any more of it though, and the dipstick and oil inside the engine are clean and as it should be. If the oil is clean, nothing to worry about...
