Aight so me and my friend were doing reverse doughnuts in a parking lot and all of the sudden my wheel is hard as hell to turn. Now i have a feeling that its my power steering pump but im not sure, theres no codes thrown, nor did i hear anything when it happened. And also i heard something that they had a recall on the steering pumps for the 99's?

Well this happened to me doing reverse doughnuts in a snowy parking lot the other day (i have learned my lesson) and i got it fixed today for 275, was that an ok deal? Reguradless, i am very pleased with the way it turned out, getting this replaced tighened up my steering a great deal, i no longer have play in my steering wheel and the problem i had of difficulty driving striaght down a road is was also taken care of.
