im coming down there over my spring break to look for houses and condo's, just curious how many people are from around that area? is there any local or semi-local area club? just curious would be nice to know. thanks...

actually im probly going to be headed towards the clearwater/tampa area first looking around. but im curious, right now what are the gas prices down there? just seeing if theres much of a diff from up north here?!?

Cool! And to your gas question...prices vary in FL wildly! On the E side of the state they are around $1.70, west side around $1.65. Up north I paid $1.51 on Sunday.
