Sometime when i turn the turnsignal on it doesnt do anything. it only happends sometimes, the only way that i can fix it is holding the hazard light button for like 5 seconds. It really doesnt make any sense. and the funny thing is, it usually happends after it rains. thanks.

you have a bad hazard switch. theres a recall about it. Its a 30 dollar part from the dealer and takes about 10 minutes to put in

no need to hold the hazard button, just hit the dash right above the hazard button and it will come on again
i had this for a while, waiting for that stupid recall to come into effect, common problem

Thanks for the info guys! I have been searching this site for several days looking for something on my intermittant turn signal problem, but had no idea it was related to the hazard switch. I'll take the info to my local dealer see what happens. This site and a bunch of you guys with the knowledge has been the reason I continue to keep my 2000 GT, through all of its problems.
