Im hoping some of you live in the Seattle area, and are retarded like me and cant turn a wrench. So maybe some of you know of a few local speed shops i caould talk to about installing some Dr.Speed goodies.

Any replies are appreciated.... thx alot.

i've taken my car to Austin's Pro/Max Discount on 15th Ave to have my SLP exhaust adjusted (rattling like a mofo). the guy charged me $10, and said he could have done a better custom exhaust for cheaper. i don't really know of any "speed" shops in town, as i've installed all my mods.
however, there's one in totem lake, Carburator Connection. i had a dyno done there about a month ago. also, i've heard of two in Tacoma, Fastlane Auto Sports and Speed Line($50 dyno).
what are you planning on installing? if it's just a CAI or catback exhaust, i'm sure you can get a local shop like Austin's to do it.

Cool man, thx for the info. Yah I plan on starting with the CAI and exhaust. I'll give those guys a call and ask about hourly install rates, and wether or not they can order these parts for me. I appreciate the help.

drive over to Port Angeles and I can borrow a lift and do it for half the price. My friends dad owns his own business so all the tools are there.

To tell you the truth there are a lot of speed shops around but I wouldn't trust any of them. I know a lot of Seattle area GA owners have helped out each other with mods when we used to have good get togethers. Now the old crew (except a few) have new cars and we meet as friends now instead of GA meets.

I would do the CAI yourself.
Exhaust check out 1st Stop in Federal Way. They have done a few exhausts for people here and turned out rather well. Mine and two of Russ's.

Ah the old crew! Where the heck is everyone??? Including me!!! Time for a little reunion perhaps? I still have the GA, sold the bike, busy as hell with work type stuff, the usual.

I agree Russ, cool to see some new people showing up!

I will try to get online more often!

Long time no see guys. I've been so busy with running my agency that its been nuts lately. Too bad i'm not licensed in washington or i'd hook you guys up in auto insurance with farmers. Need to get together this spring.

A couple years after my last post, I return to the PAC Northwest forums. I believe I still own a grand am, and the piece of $hit is about to die. But, anyway, I'm down for a meet with the old 'crew'. Hopefully by the time the meet rolls around, I'll have gotten rid of the rolling brick of crap, and be pimpin it around in an MR2.
