I just modified my Intake and exhaust within 2 days, and now my SES light is on. I think I need to reset the computer to adjust to these new settings, what is the easiest way to reset the computer?

You can reset it just by unhooking the positive side of the battery. This will merely clear the code temporarily.
If you want to find out the real problem, it would help if you could tell us what you changed with the intake and exhaust.

I'm thinking that is where the problem may be. Get the code read and post it up.

well I borrowed my friend's scan tool, came up with code 420, my car is high! I guess the o2 sensor doesn't like aftermarket cats. But it turns out the only function that sensor does is tell you if your cat is good or not. So i'll be getting an o2 simulator to fix the problem.
