Currently dubbed the s197 project, I'm not sure if I like this or not, I dont think I do.. But I've seen SEVERAL other pics, and I really can't say who has the good ones and who has the bogus, but I know the new isssue of Motortrend has an article on the new 'Stang...

I don't like ford too much, but DAMN i'll take one. I had a 99 stang and it was a piece of Sh!t. Hopefully they have inproved the inside. That is what i had a problem with just too plain.

i don't know, i absolutely hated the newest body when it first came out, but it eventually grew on me... a lot. in fact, i was mildly tempted to buy one before i bought my ga. glad i didn't though.

Yea I know that pic has been around the block, BUT in the newest issue of Motortrend, the one with the Viper and the Vette on the cover, has a nice 2-3 page article, with NEW pics... They are similar to that one, but different enough to deserve a look - the ones in the new Mototrend definitely look better than that one though! If I had the issue and a good scanner I would post, and I've even sorta looked around google, didn't find the ones I wanted, but just check out the new Motortrend...

Man, I don't know why everyone absolutely hates mustangs... They're not at all that bad. From my experience, my Grand Am has had more problems the 2 months I've had it compared to the 2 years my brother has had his Mustang -- and the new body styles look pretty cool too.

The problem is with the brand that makes the Mustang IMO. Dunno if I'd take a Pontiac over one (except an F-Body), but I'd take a Chevy over a Ford anyday, they seem to be more reliable than Pontiacs from what I've noticed, although I think Pontiac styling is better.

As you all know it will not look like that. It's way too long it looks like anyways. The new stang is goign to be on a modified Focus chasis... :rolleyes:

Shutup. Really? That's liek the return of the Camaro in the Cavalier platform... (sad thing is I could actually see them doing that)

Oh well... so much for cool American sports cars, only thing left is the very pricy 2 seater Corvette. It would be better if they just got rid of the Mustang than to crap on it like that. :(
