Please help!! I attempted to change my rotors but couldn't get the damn caliper bracket bolts loose!! I tried "liquid wrench" to loosen them and they wouldn't even budge. I broke 2 sockets trying to loosen them.
Any ideas on how to loosen the bolts?

theyre torqued down REAL good..... try a torque wrench, or a long 15mm wrench that will give you some leverage. A good idea also is to turn the steering wheel outward so that you will have room to get leverage

Make sure you use a breaker bar, or put a long tube on the end of the ratchet for leverage.

Did you break the actual "socket" or the wrench? Also, how are you going about breaking these bolts free and managing to break sockets? You WILL need a good wrench and a good set of metric sockets. Like the others said, use a breaker bar. If all else fails you may have to take it to a shop with air tools to get those bolts loose. I had 1996 Monte Carlo and when I went to change it's breaks in 2000 they hadn't been changed for years. We ended up breaking a Craftsman wrench and a Matco air ratchet (the ratchet was a POS but never the less we broke it). Good Luck.
