Hard Idle, bad noises. With Video!

So, i've been having a rough idle for a while now, and my engine seems to be making all kinds of bad noises. So, I went out today and bought a vacuum tester and made a small video for your viewing pleasure.

There is a knocking, or pining noise that can easily be heard wearing headphones when i rev the engine a little.

Sorry for the poor audio quality, I made the vid with my canon digi-cam.

Anybody have any input?

Sounds like you have a burnt SP or a loose rocker unless that thicking noise is the pcv opening and closing.

Yeah, its not the PCV, I hooked the vacuum tester up the tube going to the PCV, so it wasn't even hooked up.... whats SP?

i can kinda hear the ticking.... mine ticks under light throttle , i also have a vibration at idle, it kinda pulsates, is yours the same? no change in rpm though, its worse when in drive and foot on the brake.
