Well, we all know that if someone is really desperate to become a "boost" brother, they can buy themselves a $30 "electric turbocharger" off of ebay. Yes yes, these things are scams we all know, but wait... what is this? The same thing for... $300?

Now, I know this looks exactly like those EBay pieces of plastic, but, look at the convincing DYNO results....
The ones on EBay can produce up to, I believe, 1 pound of boost, while these can get to around 3 pounds, or something like that. Just take a look.
