Thanks you two, but the one Mysterious made is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Although I do think that the Ram's head stripe with the Ram's head taillight covers is a bit much back there. Eh, one of the covers is broken and the other has a big chunk of paint taken out. It's a good thing friday is payday :cool:

35% tint and burnt orange paint. Any paint color is possible now that i have the layers seperated. Name the color you want and its a matter of seconds.

My step brother hit one with our work truck(lucky I wasnt in it) and we had to pull about 19 of them off the road(hit by cars, transports, etc.) See lots of wolves, lynx, HUGE friggin black bears too. dude blake, i hate you.. i have had this idea for like a year. i am planning on doing that exact scheme this winter, but just play with the pinstripe. i always thought it would look amazing w/ my wheels and whatnot how they are dark. i love that paint! does anyone else konw the IS430 they did on TLC's Rides?? that car is amazing..

sheesh sicc, that 3/4 looks better than anything I'D ever be able to come close to doing, and gets the point across. why is willie's CF hood have a tint of red? is it because you just make a translucent pattern over the stock hood?

lol, man i have been trying to figure out something new to do with my paint for over a year now, at first i was gonna do just red like it is now and put orange pearl then i thought of the whole two toned idea like at christmas time b/c my friend got a roush and the boyd coddington roush is painted just like the chop on yours and my car...hey man if we both go thru and get it, we'll have teh hottest "used to be all red" grand ams ever lol...iv always loved your car

by the way, i saw the IS430 on rides they did w/ the engine swap and all...that was a badass car when they finished

im not sure what you mean about the 'black line' that is on the top of the bumpers. the line you covered with red? im havin a b!tch of a time findin an sc/t kit close to that angle thats big enough to use. if anyone comes across one please post up.

also ive been lookin at that pic and somethin about the hood was bothering me. i realized i had the grills blacc also, so thats fixed now.

hah... i just use the tutorial on photoshopjunkie.com... what i do tho is increase the canvas size to 200% 1st, so i can shrink the pattern down smaller. i also use a 2nd layer set to hard light like they reccommend in that tutorial.

k. im not even sure i understand what ur asking 1st off... so lemme start w. that. im assuming u want the skyline front on ur GA.. and the rims.. and a color change.

1st prob w/ that... the angles are WAY off....

2nd prob.. that skyline pic is practically a thumbnail... we need BIG images to do any good chop work....

3rd prob... you will get a better result if u find a pic of those rims already on a car, so they have the brake assembly behind them.

if you can find some bigger pics w/ better angles im all for doing it.

I would love to do a paint job like the first one on my GA
Shave the handles, maybe a cream color on top and dark blue on the bottom.

Maybe sometime in the future, if $$$ allows.

heres what i was hoping for, a chop with the trunk carpeting black, box white w/black sub grills

then the same think but blue carpeting, white box, blue grills
maybe white carpeting with black box and white grills
or white with blue box and white grills
and a white/orange scheme if any gets bored

also if anyone feels like adding one more 10" to the left and the right of the 3 already there that would be excellent because that is my plan when i can find enough time to make boxes for my other two subs

couldnt get much out of those pics... the angles suck on that bodykit pic, but heres what i got. as you can see its not aligned right, but its the best i could come up w/. also on the rims... ud need a lot more detailed pic for me to mess w/ the colors... i cant even tell the difference between the blacc part of the rim and the shadows in that pic...
