Folding Seats

[99 Red Beast]

I was looking at my back seats in my 99GAGT and they have a crease in the seats. So I opened the trunk and found hinges on the bottom of the seats but i cant find a latch or button anywhere that would indicate that they fold down. Can anyone help with this snafu??

in the trunk there's 2 black pull strings on the left side, pull them, and then pull the seats down
