If you don't hit the reset button on the Knuter Valve it could cause an electrical fire.

I just passed 66,666 miles last week. Just keep adding gas and don't worry about a thing. ;)

Damn, a lot of sarcasm here.
Fule filter, new plugs and wires, coolent flush can't hurt, air filter, check suspension. I still doubt about tranny flush. Do a search about this here.

refill blinker fluid.. check the back up engine to make sure it still works. hmm what else. if your car is equipped with the optional flux capasitor you might wanna replace it. pretty expensive through the dealer try gmpartsdirect.com

this is an absolute must if you have it, and haven't yet replaced it!

Well, The Flux Capacitor may NOT need replacing yet......PFYC.com recalibrates them. That may be good enough if it is still working fine. They have a core charge though.
But seriously, how are your tires....alot of people neglect them and they can make a big difference. Other than that, find out what your local dealer suggests...
A good clean, polish and wax job may also be in order. Alot of people neglect that too! How about your shocks? They are on their last leg I'm sure if they are the originals...alot of people say that they get a pretty short life out of them...not 100K.
Follow my example of "babying" that I have done with my new car...not my Achieva. 125,000 miles on her with original plugs and shocks.......but she's on her THIRD alternator!

Someone's Chilton Manual should list all items that need to be checked and possibly replaced or just replaced. I don't have one for the Grand Am, but for our Sunfire, we have it, and it tells us everything we need to do.
