Question about SC and pistons

If I put a supercharger on my car would I have to worry about burning my piston up?? and if I did how many miles before this would happen?? and last one; has anybody on this forum had engine damage from a SC??

Yeah, the SC doesn't run enough boost to damage the pistons. The piston rings would burn up first, and as long as you use premium fuel to avoid engine knock, you don't need to worry about that. I've had my SC and other mods since march and no problems yet. Runs like a champ.:D
