hole in leather

That would be an altering modification... not covered unless you have friends.

I have a few scratches right through my leather on the drivers side...if there is a way to fix please let me know

Nope, but if your installing a seat heater, and screw up one of the springs under your seat, and you make up a story like "i was sweeping my car out and this was in the back seat" they'll replace the it under warranty. :p
