Whoever has this what do you think? Does it work well? I'd appreciate any info you have. Also, who recalibrates the LT-1 MAF for the 3.4L. Is it Granatelli themselves or Muscle Motors? Alledgedly Granatelli tests theirs MAFs to obtain an optimum NEW calibration so the car it is installed on will not relearn and compensate for the differences cancelling out the increase. Is this what was done with the GA or did Muscle Motors just grab a MAF and stick our code in it? If this is the case, the car would quickly compensate making this mod useless. If Granatelli was approached by Muscle Motors with interests and tested it themselves, you would think they would know about it and offer it.

Muscle motors distributes the Granatelli MAF, which is identical to the LT-1 MAF in size, but they have it recalibrated for the 3400. I've had it for about 6 months and love it. A bit pricey, but much better than porting the stock one and risking damaging it. It works nice in conjunction w/ cai, tb and p&p intakes.

Do they have it recalibrated by themselvesor someone they know or are they sent it that way? Do you know if they are the stock calibrations or upgraded ones? Thanks for replying

I think they do the calibrations there at Muscle motors (99% sure). Supposedly it is a more aggressive calibration. The rep I spoke to on the phone explained it to me, but it was a while ago and I don't remember exactly what he said they do. Give them a call; the guy I spoke to had a GA also, so he new a lot about it.

Damn straight Doc! I had it with the car NA and SC'ed and it seemed to give me a solid edge over the "Master" (SPAZ), and I managed to walk on him when we drove fast beside eachother not so long ago. Right Wayne?:D

It is much larger internally for volumetric flow than stock. Also it is made of Phenolic (plastic material) that does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. As far as the HP increase, I dunno maybe 4HP NA, but SC'ed - maybe 7HP?

3x3 said that even though it is a bit pricey, it made a huge difference for him. He said he got a HUGE pick up for the low end. Helped some with the high, but main...off the start...huge difference. Everything that he told me...is reallly making me want to get one. :)

Might want to talk with him. His car is (going) to be FAST.

Did any of you guys have problems with you MAF from Granatelli?? I have a 350125-C for cold air calibration and my car will not idle correctly, accelerate, etc. Feels like it is going to stall, only doesent cause I rev it up. Threw a SES light temporarily......doesen't seem to be working well at all. I tried disconnecting the battery (Negative cable only) for an hour but it still runs like sh*t. ANy ideas??

i bought mine a while ago, i think it's somewhere around 300 or so, give or take a little after shipping. check out gaupgrades.net (the review on there for it is mine actually) and click on it, it should direct you to where you need to go to get it and find prices. hope that helps.
