Really no how-to... Pull the old one out, put the new one in. It's located under your driverside. You'll need a 7mm socket, I think it is. That's about it.

The Haynes Manual has a good description of how to get it out.

no under the glove box. u need to socket wrench out the glove box and then you;ll see it, it may be shielded under a black piece of plastic but you can just move that

your airbag is under your dash just so you know

Under the dash on the driver side. I put in a DHP in a 2000 GA.

Be sure to disconnect your battery.

I know you don't -have- to... but its a good idea when dealing with a PCM.

When you're under the dash on the driver's side, it's on your left (closest to the driver's side door).

on the left theres two gray boxes. Is that it? if it is how do you get it out there is 1 million wires going to them.

I just did mine last week.

the "gray boxes" have a 7mm screw in the middle of each one. remove the screws and then pull down the "gray boxes" untill the are disconnected from the PCM. Then move the remaining wires to the sides and slide the PCM out.

One more question if I don't get the case relearn done for a while will it hurt the pcm or the car? Also will the ses light come on if its not done right away?

I would get the CASE learn done soon....I know people on the boards that never did it but DHP says you won't get the full benefits out of the PCM if it's not done. And as far as the SES light...mine came on right away but some members haven't had this happen at all.
