There were 206,634 Grand Am's SOLD for the 2001 model year. Note the word SOLD, there are experimental and other vehicles built that are not included in that number.

Your car isn't rare, especially as an SE. There are probably (at the very least) 1xx,xxx made with the same options as you.

Just the truth, not being an ass. There really is nothing special or rare about any production Grand Am. The only rare ones would be the first concepts with the SC/T kit and factory supercharger, and those are probably small cubes by now.

My car is rare its a 30th Anniversary Editon and the bodyshop manager told me my car looks good. But GAs aren't rare only the 1973 GAs are rare because I haven't seen any cruizing the streets else you always see millions of grand ams on the road. The square box ones. The 92-98 style. The presently 99-05 models :)

i know my body style isn't rare but i used to live in colorado, and i moved back to california, and on my trip and driving around LA where you see just about every car made, i have yet to see another 2 door grand am with the dark bronze metallic mist paint. i know grand ams are freakin every where which is why i am terribly surprised to see that i don't see any others like mine.

and my car obviously is rare if i see two porsche 911 turbos, $110k cars at that, with the same color right next to each other but i have never seen another 2 door grand am like mine.
