I was hoping someone has had this same problem.
My car seems to be missing at low throttle driving. Not so much at idle and not really at highway speeds, pretty much at 40mph and under. It started a few weeks ago but it has gotten worse and it just today caused the ses light to come on for the first time, I plan on getting that code checked as soon as I can. I just replaced the fuel filter today that didnt help any. A few months ago I put new plugs in, new wires, all the basic stuff. Hopefully someone can help me out here, I really appreciate it.

you might try having the fuel injectors cleaned as well. That doesnt mean going to autozone and putting a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through the system.....That just cures the problem for a little while then a week later they gum up worse than before- speaking from experience :/ You'll have to have a mechanic manually clean them.

Try getting a new clean air filter too if its dirty.
