Quick question, found a new ignition lock cylinder i need to replace on my 2k. Just wondering if the passlock sensor comes in all cylinders or if i have a chance of this not having the sensor in it.

If you talked to a dealership about the part, it comes with a Passlock Sensor, a new ignition lock cylinder, lube for the cylinder, and two styles of retainers with three springs.
I'll guess that you're having a problem with your security light. The actual problem is the lock cylinder and/or key itself. You need to replace the lock cylinder (Most likely), the key, or both. Since you most likely have to replace the lock cylinder you'll also need the "10-pin key coding kit". I've only ever seen those at the dealership where I work. I haven't had to look for them to be available anywhere else... just letting you know.
You'll need to re-code the lock cylinder to your key.
To directly answer your question... No. The ignition lock cylinder always comes with a Passlock sensor.
