HELP: Brakes lock up...

i posted this in general board...but no one really knew what it was...

everytime i try to start my car EVERYTHING locks up...

the transmission, the steering wheel, the key....seems to be the brakes...

i cant turn the key left ro right, i cant turn the wheel....what the heck is going on?


no emergency lights are going on...and i didnt check the brake fluid yet but i think it was new a couple of weeks ago....

anyone have suggestions?

ummm yer brakes don't control the steering, tranny, or keys.
sounds like a computer error?
is all this happening after the car is at idle? or when you turn off the car.
Is it when they key is in the On position with the engine off?

what year/model GA do you have?

could it be the alarm system?

Do you have a kill switch on your alarm? Like if you screw it up when unlocking/disarming it, it'll prevent the engine from starting?

yes..but wud that kill the brakes/sterring wheel?

well no...since i cant turn the key...it wont start....

after i finally pump the gas/brake/punch/sweat at the car the key finally turns and engine started, brakes un;ock

but this happeens everytime....

Drive it to the dealer and complain your @ss off.
