Ok so I got this major steering problem...And YES I've searched but I really havent ever seen it come up...what the problem is, that like I will be slowing down or jsut not even be moving and then I just barely turn the wheel and it makes this rughh rarrr noise like its grinding and like when I put the wheel back the noise releases, its almost like its out of fluid but I checked that and the power steering fluid is full its a really odd thing, and the cars only a year old so I'm sorta confused in it all. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is it dropped? Mine makes some noises when it really wet out, but thats really it, nothing some lithium grease won't take care of ;)

Is it one side or both. Could be the wheel bearings.

I had the same problem, I think. when I turned there was a grinding noise, thought it was my tierod end because the boot was torn and there was no grease in it, I replaced it and come to find out that was not the problem. I put my car on jack stands and let somebody turn the wheel and found out that all it was is the plastic boot that goes around the front strut, that was all, it moves around when you turn.
might try jacking it up and turning the wheels just to see!

Did you check the fluid? When first i first got my car it made a grinding sound when i made a hard turn. The fluid was so low only the tip of the dip stick was cover.
