I need someone to take this image and change the white background to the following color code: #35374B

or if you could post some instructions on how to do it. I've yet to figure out this whole Replace Color thing.

I messed around with it for a while and came up with this. I couldn't get the replace color function to work all that great because the image was pixelated so I did most of it by hand and lots of masking. I don't think it came out all that great what do you think? :/

I can also get rid of that white halo around the PFYC, I wasnt quite sure on that.

You'll never get it 100% perfect. There's too much color similarities in the rest of the image to make it right but this is close.
