How do you blead the brakes?

this isn't a real how-to its more of a request for someone to put it up, its a thing that im sure a lot of people might want to know, or at least those of us who have never done our own brake job and are going to. and for the MOD i know this isn't a hot-to but please could one of you post it for sanity's sake cause i haves searched both here and gaoc and found nothing.
