RSM supercharger

I am seriously considering the RSM supercharger for my 2002 Pontiac Grand AM GT.. I currently have the SLP Pro flow exhaust, and a stage 3 CAI... Has anyone used the RSM supercharger? Is it quiet, or can you tell that theres a blower under the hood? I know the powerdyne has a silent drive... I am not sure if this is worth it or not.. My car has 37K miles on it... WHat do you all suggest? HOw difficult are these to install? will I have a lot of problems iwth the car if I go this route?

Perhaps man, but never been interested in boosting the GA till recently when I got a settlement from an accident 2 years ago... Now it's lookin good...
