Sounds like it'd be an interesting project, but for all the time you're gonna put in, i'd rather just buy them for like $60 and be done with it. Just my opinion

but have you looked at the kit on pfyc? its so complicated. y not make the rings, puts 2 leds in em and wire em into the fogs?
